A Condiment is anything added to food to enhance its flavour after it has been prepared. It can be a sauce, a spice mix, a pickle, a vinaigrette, or any other preparation.

DEHYDRATED SWEET MANGO

2 ripe sweet mangoes

DETAILS :

PREHEAT the oven to 170º C.

WASH the mangoes and use a peeler to remove the skin. Cut into ¼ inches thick slices and discard the seed.

LINE a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the mangoes.

PUT the tray in the oven and bake for 2-3 hours, flipping them over every 30 minutes until they are dry. Avoid cooking for too long otherwise, the mango slices will become chips.

REMOVE from the oven and set aside to cool. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy.
