Ninety percent of the tea production in Bangla- desh is from Sylhet. It is because of this that Sylhet is also called the land of “Two leaves and a bud.”I must use our tea in a recipe when it comes to Sylhet! And here it is.

1 ½ cups ripe mango puree
½ cup cold green tea
½ cup orange juice
1 cup sweet yoghurt
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Mould and sticks

DETAILS :

COMBINE all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.

FILL the moulds with the puree and freeze for 6 hours. Insert the sticks and freeze them for another 12 hours.
