Rice is the staple food of about 165 million people in Bangladesh. Almost all of the 13 million farm families in the country grow rice.
For fried rice, always cook the rice grains the previous night and keep them in the refrigerator.
Pasta and noodles are usually cooked for 6 to 7 minutes, except for glass noodles. I would suggest following the package instructions for each and every type of noodles or pasta to make it al dente.

CHICKEN BALL:
350 g chicken, minced 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste ½ teaspoon green chilli paste ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder 2 tablespoons caramelised onion 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs 1 small chicken egg, beaten ½ teaspoon salt
350 গ্রাম মুরগির কিমা, 1 চা চামচ আদার পেস্ট 1 চা চামচ রসুনের পেস্ট ½ চা চামচ কাঁচা মরিচের পেস্ট ½ চা চামচ ভাজা জিরার গুঁড়া 2 টেবিল চামচ ক্যারামেলাইজড পেঁয়াজ 2 টেবিল চামচ ব্রেডক্রাম 1 ছোট মুরগির ডিম, ফেটানো ½ চা চামচ salt
PASTA:
250 g farfalle pasta
SUN-DRIED TOMATO SAUCE:
1 ½ cups whipping cream ½ cup water 50 g butter 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated ½ cup sun-dried tomato, chopped 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper powder 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
DETAILS :
MIX all the ingredients for the chicken together and use 1 teaspoon of the mixture to make small balls.
SAUCE: In a pot, heat whipping cream, water, and butter. Stir to mix well. Do not boil. Stir in grated cheese and let it melt. Add sun-dried tomatoes, mustard paste, salt, pepper, and nuts to mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning and turn off the heat.
CHICKEN BALL: Heat water in a pot. Once the water is boiling, add the chicken balls and boil for just 5 minutes. Remove the balls from the water. In the same water, cook farfalle al dente, and drain.
IN a serving dish, spread pasta, add the chicken balls, and pour half of the sundried tomato sauce. Extra sauce can be served in a glass jug. Serve immediately.
